Pickup method


Local S.F. Frozen Express

Free delivery service (single delivery location) for a single order purchase of HK$450 or above.

If the net purchase value of a single order is less than the specified amount, a delivery fee will be charged, and the fee is HK$55.

In some remote areas or delivery locations that are not directly accessible by public transportation, additional fees must be paid.

Post-receipt processing

YUWALA Products is frozen foods, after receiving the goods, please store the food according to the following methods.

  • Put it in the -18°C refrigerator (i.e. refrigerated ice cream compartment). The day before tasting, put it back in the refrigerator at 0-4°C to thaw, or you can cook it when the product is thawed.

Modify or cancel

  • If you need to cancel the order, no refund will be given.
  • If the customer needs to modify the paid order, the modification items will be limited to the pick-up date and location. In addition, customers also need to notify at least 3 working days before pick-up/delivery. The company will accept/reject modifications based on the inventory supply, and confirm the receipt of the final purchase receipt.
